According to Nigerianuniversitysholarships publication, Candidates are to note that before they can Change Course/Institution for 2015 DE,
an Account must be created on the website. This, they will subsequently use to log in to complete their changes. Candidates are further informed that the sales of registration scratch cards end on Friday, June 7, 2015 while Registration ends on Friday, June 14, 2015.
